Alice Chave

Alice Chave is the co-founder of Incador Jewellery, a fine jewelry brand pioneering the use of 100% recycled gold recovered from electronic waste. With a background in environmental engineering and international development, her work is grounded in a deep understanding of resource systems and their impact on both people and the planet.

Her academic research at UCL (University College London) focused on artisanal and small-scale mining of precious minerals, exploring the developmental challenges and opportunities within artisanal and small-scale mining. She later worked in the waste-to-energy sector, contributing to projects that transformed waste streams into green energy. Through Incador, Alice brings this technical expertise into the luxury space, redefining how precious materials are reimagined.
